LEEC offers maintenance on both LEEC and non-LEEC equipment. We provide complete after sales care with guarantees and maintenance programmes which covers the whole of the UK. Maintenance contracts are available for out of warranty products as well as a full spares service at competitive prices. We only supply genuine manufacturers' spares.

We are distinguished from other companies by supplying in house technical support. We maintain and service the total range of LEEC Mortuary Equipment from basic trolleys to complex refrigeration systems.
Our maintenance programmes are designed to minimize downtime and ensure running conditions are efficient. Various maintenance schemes are available to suit the needs of our clients. Programmes such as these can prolong the life of products.
We provide LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) certification from a qualified engineer. Link to regulations.

- Visual checks on all moving and load bearing parts

Routine maintenance increases the up time of equipment and facilities, along with helping to ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements, including health and safety. LEEC offers preventative maintenance contracts which can be tailored to specific requirements and offer the assurance that equipment will all be operating optimally and efficiently, an added option of having fully trained service professionals able to respond quickly, at short notice and with appropriate spare parts. Maintenance contracts ranging from an on call engineer and spares support for larger sites, our clients are guaranteed excellent value for money and the highest quality of service support. LEEC also offer integrated service solutions: e.g. entire laboratory service and calibration contracts. LEEC’s service provides a swift and highly effective response to all breakdown and emergency repairs with call out times tailored to the specific requirements of the client. There is also the added benefit of LEEC’s technical help desk, which is renowned for its depth of knowledge and quick response times, able to assist clients in providing in-depth technical support, helping the client to get equipment back in service.
LEEC also have the added benefit of substantial stock holdings of spare parts – upwards of £1 million – available for dispatch over a wide range of LEEC and third party equipment. Our highly efficient spares division offer assistance in the identification of replacement parts with spare parts typically dispatched within 24 hours of an order being received. A full spares fitting, installation and testing service is also available.
The Laboratory product service team will help with all your after sales service we work closely with our distributor service agents throughout the world. We aim to service all products within 5 working days of receipt.
