Vision for growth

LEEC are proud to say they will receive investment from the strategic partners EMDA (East Midlands Development Agency) and ERDF (European Regional Development Fund).
Our potential for high growth, especially in the area of exports, was recognised which prompted the investment. Two of our managers attended a PERA course titled "Coaching for high growth".
A seminar "Vision for growth" was presented by John Dodgson and attended by 16 people including managers and production supervisors. The seminar helped refine our stratgey for international growth.
LEEC prides itself on exceeding customers' expectations on quality and cost by continuous improvement and customer interaction.
