Featuring a simple yet robust construction, this trolley provides a stable and versatile platform which is easy to move and built to withstand heavy and continual use. Finished in a durable powder coated blue finish and available either as a manual unit, fitted with a reliable dual acting hydraulic hand pump and heavy duty ram, or with a power assisted hoist.
The powered model features a 12v battery powered, single speed pump. The pump motor and battery are fitted in a steel housing which encloses the battery, motor, Integral battery charger, switch and meter. To charge the battery use the short cable to connect the power to the built in plug, housed in the control panel, avoiding any fixed trailing leads.
Capable of successfully fulfilling its role, this trolley is designed to give many years of heavy use. Its use can readily be enhanced to cater for many purposes in the mortuary, with many adaptions to fulfil a range of functions, making this a useful, versatile and indispensable tool.

Dimensions on a Standard Hydraulic Stacking Trolley

Below are the Options which are available on the Hydraulic Stacking Trolley. Please be aware that LEEC will endeavour to meet every customer requirement request.
Raise and lower the trolley with the push of a button with the battery powered rise and fall function and totally remove the need for manual hand pump operation.
X - Extended Height
If the top tier in a body storage cabinet is higher than the standard trolley range then the extended height option increases the trolley height range and also increases the length of the trolley.
FD - Funeral Director Rollers
The plain trolley rollers are replaced with raised centre coffin rollers and a coffin lock on the top frame of the trolley which can be used to stop the rear roller rotating. Raised coffin rollers are compatible with all varieties of LEEC body storage trays as well as for coffin.
WD - Weighing Device Attachment
No need to move a body onto a scale when it is possible to weigh the body while it is on the trolley with the weighing device attachment.
SH - Side Handle (top frame)
Side handles on each side of the trolley top frame to improve maneuverability when moving the trolley sideways.
SH - Side Handle
The main handle of the trolley is moved to the left side for situations where the trolley is required to move sideways more than it moves forwards and backwards. Often used in conjunction with the Side Loading (SL) function.

SL - Side Loading
Removable side loading attachment allows coffins or side loading body storage trays to be loaded sideways for when there isn't enough room for the standard end loading operation. This side loading attachment is interchangeable and can be fitted to the trolley facing either left or right.

Thicker box section wall and reinforcing plates increase the safe working load, 40 stone
R - Raised Roller
The trolley rollers are raised up above the framework of the trolley for use with Inverted Arms.
PO - Pass Over Feature
The pivoting tray catch is replaced with a drop pin tray stop so that body storage trays and coffins can be loaded and unloaded from either end of the trolley.
SSF - Stainless Steel Finish
Upgrade all of the framework of the trolley from powder coated mild steel to Grade T304 Stainless Steel with a Grained and Polished finish so that the trolley matches the majority of mortuary equipment that is stainless steel. Stainless steel also offers better corrosion resistance than powder coated mild steel that can potentially rust if the paint is scratched.
