Maintenance team members are experts who operate through the United Kingdom to the highest quality and professionalism and use only genuine manufacturers’ spares and parts. If you do purchase a LEEC product we provide a complete aftersales package which includes a guarantee and maintenance programme that covers the entirety of the UK.

Planned preventative maintenance

To keep your laboratory equipment in the best condition the following services are available:

  • We can supply a quote for planned preventive maintenance on warming cabinets, incubators, and humidity cabinets with saving opportunities for multiple units
  • We can source and supply spare parts and accessories for your laboratory equipment
  • We can offer technical help with any of your LEEC equipment
  • We can ensure that your LEEC and non-LEEC laboratory equipment are calibrated to UK National Standards

To keep your Mortuary, Funeral Home & Crematorium equipment in the best condition the following services are available:

  • We can supply a quote for planned preventive maintenance on our full range of Mortuary, Pathology, Histology and Refrigeration products with saving opportunities for multiple units
  • We can supply a LOLER package for all trolleys compliant with LOLER 1998.
  • We can source and supply spare parts and accessories for your equipment.
  • We can offer technical help with any of your LEEC equipment
  • We have options for loan or hire trolleys and cremator chargers to see you through busy periods.

Reactive Maintenance / Repairs & Breakdowns

Immediate repair requirements

LEEC Limited understand that sometimes things go wrong and that is why we offer a reactive repair and breakdown service which will get your equipment back online as quickly as possible with the minimum of downtime or disruption. Our in-house helpdesk will be able to help you and – if needed – arrange for one of our nationwide technicians to visit, assess and repair your equipment. Please note:

The helpdesk operates between:

  • 8.30am – 5.15pm | Monday-Thursday
  • 8.30am – 1pm | Friday
  • Urgent out of hours refrigeration breakdowns can be logged by ringing 0115 9616 222 and selecting the relevant option which will transfer you to the on-call team.

Our highly qualified and experienced field engineering team carry the most common spare parts with them at all times, with the aim of completing an immediate repair on the first visit, getting you back online quickly and reducing costs.
