Attachment can be fitted onto a toolbar rail which can be mounted on various anatomical trolleys/tables. The arm stirrup is clamped onto the side of the tables in the required position and can have the height adjusted as well as the rotation. A raised profiled edge keeps the arms in position, preventing them from sliding off.
