LEEC Limited understand that sometimes things go wrong and that is why we offer a reactive repair and breakdown service which will get your equipment back online as quickly as possible with the minimum of downtime or disruption.

Our in-house helpdesk will be able to help you and – if needed – arrange for one of our nationwide technicians to visit, assess and repair your equipment. Please note: 

  • - The helpdesk operates between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday
  • - Urgent out of hours refrigeration breakdowns can be logged by ringing 0115 9616 222 and selecting the relevant option which will transfer you to the on-call team.

Our highly qualified and experienced field engineering team carry the most common spare parts with them at all times, with the aim of completing an immediate repair on the first visit, getting you back online quickly and reducing costs. However, In the unfortunate event that your equipment cannot be repaired at the first attempt, loan units may be available to help you minimize downtime and allow you to carry on with your daily operations.

In line with our dedication to health and safety, we ensure that our engineers have a range of inoculations to ensure their safety when working in environments that present a potential biohazard risk (funeral homes, schools of anatomy, mortuaries, laboratories etc.). Our engineers are also experienced in working within sensitive environments such as funeral homes and therefore are very respectful of their surroundings, of the staff and of grieving families who may be nearby.

Cosmetic or Functional Repairs

In addition to reactive repairs, LEEC Limited can also offer a tailored cosmetic repair service, to help you prolong the life expectancy of your equipment and its adherence to UK standards. If you have a piece of LEEC equipment that is still working but looks tired due to age do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Functional repairs and refurbishments are also available, to be carried out either at your address or at our factory in Nottingham, again to ensure that your equipment is fully functioning for many years and that it meets all UK standards.

Our Nottingham based helpdesk operates between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If your query relates to an urgent refrigeration breakdown, you will be able to reach our on-call team 24/7 by ringing 0115 9616 222 and following the instructions.
Our helpdesk aims to respond to all enquiries within 4hrs. We then aim to attend to refrigeration breakdowns within 24hrs and all other types of breakdowns within 48hrs. Technical assistance is available immediately when you contact us on 0115 9616 222. Please note, that we may be able to offer you a loan unit to use until your unit is repaired so, please enquire about this service.
We operate a large team of expert field technicians throughout the UK which provides excellent cover to all our customers. In addition, we have a strong network of service partners across the UK so you can be sure your needs will be met quickly and responsively.
The cost of equipment repair is dependent on several factors considering the issue you are experiencing and whether this can be rectified at your site or whether it involves returning your equipment to our factory. If you contact us with a brief description of the problem, and where available the equipment model and the serial number we will be able to give you a quote.
