Our planned, preventative maintenance programmes (PPMs) are tailored to your individual requirements and offer a thorough and effective regime for prolonging the life of your equipment.

We have a dedicated in-house helpdesk and a team of expert field engineers with the express purpose of ensuring the efficient running of your laboratory equipment and adherence to UK standards whilst minimising downtime.

Our field teams always carry a range of spares which will allow them to address faults quickly, reacting to any issues you may have, or proactively that they feel may develop. In addition, their experience and training mean that they are able to re-calibrate or maintain non-LEEC equipment so please do not hesitate to include these in your PPM plan.

LEEC Limited operates under ISO accredited systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) which means our standards are high and exacting. Our engineers carry out routine maintenance, airflow, filter, and plumbing checks during the PPM visits.

We recommend your equipment is serviced and thoroughly examined at least once per year.
Our field technicians are able to service and repair equipment regardless of make and model. Our engineers are also trained to work within sensitive environments like Mortuaries and Schools of Anatomy, ensuring a professional and respectful approach.
Our Nottingham based helpdesk operates between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If your query relates to an urgent refrigeration breakdown, you will be able to reach our on-call team 24/7 by ringing 0115 9616 222 and following the instructions.
Our helpdesk aims to respond to all enquiries within 4hrs. We then aim to attend to refrigeration breakdowns within 24hrs and all other types of breakdowns within 48hrs. Technical assistance is available immediately when you contact us on 0115 9616 222. Please note, that we may be able to offer you a loan unit to use until your unit is repaired so, please enquire about this service.
