When is your helpdesk available?
Our Nottingham based helpdesk operates between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If your query relates to an urgent refrigeration breakdown, you will be able to reach our on-call team 24/7 by ringing 0115 9616 222 and following the instructions.
What are your response times?
Our helpdesk aims to respond to all enquiries within 4hrs. We then aim to attend to refrigeration breakdowns within 24hrs and all other types of breakdowns within 48hrs. Technical assistance is available immediately when you contact us on 0115 9616 222. Please note, that we may be able to offer you a loan unit to use until your unit is repaired so, please enquire about this service.

We operate a large team of expert field technicians throughout the UK which provides excellent cover to all our customers. In addition, we have a strong network of service partners across the UK so you can be sure your needs will be met quickly and responsively.
How much will it cost to repair my equipment?
The cost of equipment repair is dependent on several factors considering the issue you are experiencing and whether this can be rectified at your site or whether it involves returning your equipment to our factory. If you contact us with a brief description of the problem, and where available the equipment model and the serial number we will be able to give you a quote.
